Adams O'Grady

Built on a wooded property in Annapolis, above Sea Ranch on the northern Sonoma coast, this modern yet rustic home was designed by Marcy Wong & Donn Logan Architects in Berkeley.  Most of the lumber, including the large redwood beams and the wall and ceiling boards, was logged and milled on the property.   The shower walls are French limestone and the kitchen countertops Vermont soapstone.  The cabinets are of a unique hardwood called Chinquapin.  The high-ceilinged living room, with an upper bank of windows is well lit, open and spacious.
