Van Der Ryn
Located in Inverness on the west side of Tomales Bay, this kitchen, dining room and bath addition was designed by the architect-owner, Sim Van der Ryn. The cathedral ceiling, made of red cedar, lends warmth to the room and creates a generous sense of space. We made the Japanese style patio doors as well as the Shoji doors (not yet papered in these photos), which connect the addition to the main house.
